近日,由海克森能源提供技术支持的连云港东海50MW/100MWh储能电站项目在东海县顺利并网,为连云港新能源发展注入强大动力。
连云港东海50MW/100MWh储能电站项目位于江苏省连云港市东海县,占地面积约43亩,总装机容量为100MWh。海克森能源作为储能设备提供商,为该项目提供了全套储能产品解决方案。

高能量密度、模块化设计:项目采用的5MWh储能集装箱,使用314Ah大容量磷酸铁锂电芯,让20尺集装箱能实现5MWh的储能容量,相比主流的280Ah电芯的储能系统,能量密度有显著提升。
同时,产品设计模块化程度高,由多个电池模块组成电池簇,电池簇直流侧并联后接入PCS直流侧。整舱结构紧凑,便于运输、安装和维护。
先进的热管理系统:采用液冷热管理方式,通过乙二醇水溶液流经电池pack底部冷板对电芯进行换热,还增加电池pack温度传感器数量和精度、提升液冷机组制冷效率,确保pack内和柜体的温差管控。
可靠的安全防护体系:配备全氟己酮消防保护系统等,设置pack、簇、舱三级自动报警灭火系统。集装箱内安装温湿度、烟雾、视频监测和门禁状态监测设备。
智能的电池管理系统:具备先进的智能化电池管理产品,可实时监测电池的电压、电流、温度等参数,对电池进行充放电控制和均衡管理,确保电池组的性能和安全。

循环寿命长、能效水平高:采用314Ah大容量磷酸铁锂电芯,循环寿命超8000 次,使用寿命可达25年。
产品采用的电芯能效水平高于95%,同时实现直流侧95%@0.5P的高能效水平,能为客户节能降耗,提升收益。
适用范围广:整体防护等级高,IP54级别 ,可在高温暴雨、风沙暴晒等恶劣环境中稳定运行。

Recently, the Lianyungang Donghai 50MW/100MWh energy storage power station project, supported by Hexoness Energy"s technical assistance, was successfully connected to the grid in Donghai County, injecting strong impetus into the new energy development of Lianyungang.
The Lianyungang Donghai 50MW/100MWh energy storage power station project is located in Donghai County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of about 43 mu, with a total installed capacity of 100MWh. Hexoness, as the energy storage equipment provider, has offered a complete set of energy storage product solutions for this project.
The container products used in the project employ 314Ah large-capacity lithium iron phosphate cells, enabling a 20-foot container to achieve a 5MWh energy storage capacity. Compared with the mainstream 280Ah cell energy storage system, the energy density has been significantly improved. The products also have multiple advantages such as liquid cooling thermal management, a comprehensive safety protection system, and an intelligent battery management system, making the operation of the energy storage power station more efficient and safe.
Calculating the initial investment cost based on a conventional project capacity of 100MWh, the 5MWh liquid-cooled energy storage system saves 43% of the land area and 26% of the cost compared with the mainstream 3.72MWh product. At the same time, the long product cycle life and high energy efficiency level truly enable the energy storage power station to play the role of a stabilizer in the power grid system.
